1. Who is Wrap It First?

Wrap It First is a company with a mission to promote safe sex amongst young people in language they are familiar with.


2. How can I pay for my condoms?

You can pay online, with our fully secure payment PayPal facility, using the following Credit or Debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, or Solo.


3. Is it safe to give my card details online?

Paypal is very safe please do take same time if dough to read their policy which describes the ways your personal information is collected and stored. You accepted this policy when you signed up for the Service.


4. What do you do with my personal details?

When a customer places an order we receive the name, postal address and email address of the customer. We use this information to dispatch orders, send invoices, respond to enquiries and send marketing information where this been agreed by the customer. This information is never passed to any third party. Your details are stored on our password protected customer database.


5. How soon will I receive my order

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of receiving them.


6. How Discreet is your service?

We offer a very discreet and confidential service. We will not contact you without your prior permission. Any packaging is plain and unmarked. We do not sell or give your personal details to any third parties. See our Privacy policy for more details.

8. What is your Privacy Policy

Personal Details

When a customer places an order we receive the name, postal address and email address of the customer. We use this information to dispatch orders, send invoices, respond to enquiries and send marketing information where this been agreed by the customer. This information is never passed to any third party. Your details are stored on our password protected customer database. This information is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

Invoices & Packaging

When you place an order by credit/debit card the transaction will be shown under card transaction on your bill as "PAYPAL". All packaging sent to your delivery address will be plain and unmarked.

Mailing lists

We will only include you in our mailing list if you have agreed to this. We will not give your details to any third party. If you later change your mind, you can remove your name from our mailing list by sending an email to news-request@wrapitfirst.com with word UNSUBSCRIBE in the body.

Third parties

We will not give or sell your personal details to any third party.

Statistics

We may use general information from our customer database, for statistical purposes. However this information will not identify any individual customer.

9. What are your Terms and Conditions?

Customer Information
All customer information stored on our database is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. See our privacy statement for more information.

Delivery
It is our policy to dispatch all orders with 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of receiving them. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within 5 days, we will contact you immediately to agree another time for delivery. If an agreement cannot be reached on a delivery time the customer will be offered a full refund.

VAT
All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT (value added tax), unless otherwise stated.

Payment
All goods purchased must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Refunds & Exchanges
Under the terms of the Sale of goods act 1979, faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within a reasonable time after purchase. You can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund.

Returns

Accounting to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Provided the goods are returned in good condition, we will refund your payment within 30 days. The refund will only be made to the card used for the payment. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of the goods being unsuitable, we offer a full refund policy. In this case the goods must be returned within 14 days.
